Great Place, an affordable apartments in a very expensive area. JC, the manager and maintenance are awesome and very professional.

We have had a great experience living in the community. The staff is super helpful, kind and friendly. We are very happy here . We recommend this place.

Very happy with the location...minutes away from everything in Stuart! More importantly since the day I walked into the leasing office, I was treated with dignity, respect, and felt so welcomed! We get courtesy calls to see if something needs improvement or just input, not a lot of communities really have interest after you sign your paperwork! The maintenance is always on call, anytime I ever need anything they make sure it’s taken care of ASAP. I’m glad to live at Astorwood Apartments!

Nice and quiet place, Mr. Juan the manager is very helpful and made the moving process easier for us. Nice neighborhood and apartment is nice.

I am relocating to south Florida and am looking for a short term stay(1 year). I called an spoke to JC after seeing this location on the internet. At first this location was a bit out of my way but JC explained all the benefits to his community and now I am seriously considering it thank you JC. (manager)

I have lived at this complex for several months now. When I moved in, there was an issue with the bathroom floor sinking. My roommate and I brought up the issue with the manager. He got in contact with the contractors to replace the floor. It took a little while to get floor replaced. Not due to the management, but the contractors finding time to repair. I have just signed an extension of the lease and am planning on living here for a long time. Far enough away from the main highway to not hear the noise, but close enough for convenience. The complex is in a nice, quiet area with access to all of my shopping needs. The management and the maintenance are always warm and friendly. Willing to help in any way they can.

We recently moved in and are very much enjoying our new home it’s very comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere everyone we have met who has work to your has been very kind prompt and willing to help homes are all newly renovated with all the new appliances ect, and and neighbors that we have met so far since living here i’ve been friendly as well
